1. Replacement of circulating water and cleaning of the water tank: Make sure that the laser tube is filled with circulating water before the machine works. 2. Fan cleaning: Long-term use of the fan in the machine will cause a lot of solid dust to accumulate in the fan, making the fan produce a lot of noise, and it is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, it is necessary to clean the fan.
3. Lens cleaning: There will be some reflectors and focusing mirrors on the machine. The laser is reflected and focused by these mirrors and emitted from the laser head. The lens is easily stained with dust or other pollutants, causing loss of laser or damage to the lens. So clean the lenses every day. When cleaning, pay attention to:

4. Guide rail cleaning: As one of the core components of the equipment, guide rails and linear shafts function as guides and supports. During the operation of the equipment, a large amount of corrosive dust and smoke will be generated during the processing of the workpiece. 5. Fastening of screws and couplings: After the motion system has been working for a period of time, the screws and couplings at the motion joints will become loose, which will affect the stability of the mechanical motion. 6. Optical path inspection: The optical path system of the machine is completed by the reflection of the mirror and the focusing of the focusing mirror.
